Just a great match for a city trip in Vienna with value for money. We loved the delicious cake waiting for us upon arrival. Make sure to check out the nearby opera house.

The hotel's location is fantastic! We enjoyed visiting the Belvedere Palace, just a 15-minute walk away, and the metro station across the street made exploring Vienna with our kids super easy and convenient. Our room was spacious and provided a comfortable stay for the whole family.

My kids wished the pool area had more kid-friendly features, like shallow sections and better supervision for families. It would make the experience even more enjoyable for families staying here.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the first district near Stadtpark and within walking distance to the city center. The grand lobby sets an elegant tone, and my room was notably clean and comfortable, a perfect start to the stay. Easy access to the metro made exploring the area simple, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, especially the scrambled eggs. However, the room decor felt dated, reminiscent of the '80s, and the lobby lacked adequate seating for meeting friends, which was disappointing. Additionally, the noisy air conditioning detracted from the experience.

The location sits right near Stadtpark, making it easy to stroll through the sprawling greenery or run along the waterway. The extensive breakfast buffet features a wide selection that’s ideal for kicking off your day.

Our stay on the 11th floor had a room that felt a bit cramped, typical of many spots in Europe. The queen-sized bed presented a real issue. it was raised in the middle, forcing us to roll off to the sides all night, which makes me wonder about the state of their maintenance. Finding enough power outlets proved troublesome as well—plugging in devices required some impressive contortions, especially below the bedside table. Plus, the view from our window showed a torn curtain, which was just another detail that felt a bit neglected.

The room was upgraded quickly, yet the elevator noise was disturbing.
